Our feet are the support for the entire body, key to a good balance, proper technique and confidence on stage.

Intensives are guided training programs with a specific theme. Each intensive combines a selection of technique drills, lectures and various assignments to help you develop certain skills.

Our feet are the support for our entire body. It's the guarantee of a good balance, proper technique and more confidence on stage. On top of that it's the final touch to beautiful lines of our body, and mesmerizing photos from our performances.

Suggested duration: 1 week


If you follow our suggested duration of one week, get ready to invest 1,5 hour per week in your training. But remember, you can always go through this intensive at your own pace. One week is just a suggested structure.


The goal of this intensive is to familiarize you with various exercises on strengthening and stretching our feet and ankles area which you can incorporate into your consistent practice.


This intensive consists of: 

- Three 20-min technique drills 

- Masterclass on basic ballet movements for belly dancers.
